Having worked across multiple trades—including framing, insulation, drywall, and finish work—he gained a deep, hands-on understanding of traditional building methods and their long-term limitations.
Through decades of firsthand experience, he came to a powerful conclusion: hemp-lime construction offers one of the most effective and sustainable alternatives to conventional building systems. Its durability, natural performance, and health benefits make it not only a smart construction method—but the future of healthy homebuilding.

Project Manager
Jarrett Jon Barton serves as the Project Manager at Hemp-Lime LLC, bringing a blend of academic training and practical experience to every build. He earned his degree in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University in 2022, and has worked as a project manager in the construction industry for over five years.
Jarrett's passion for hemp-based building solutions began nearly a decade ago, long before his formal education. His early research into hemp-lime construction sparked both his career in construction and his commitment to natural, sustainable building practices.
With deep knowledge in both conventional and alternative building systems, Jarrett ensures that every Hemp-Lime project is delivered with precision, efficiency, and integrity—while staying true to the company's mission of building healthier, long-lasting homes.
